Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to the Return Policy of Misterlamp Toronto! We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, sometimes things can go wrong, or you may simply change your mind. We are here to help you resolve any issues with your order as quickly as possible.

Returns

You have the right to initiate the return of your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are applicable for:

  • Defective products: If the product you received is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label and reimburse the return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: If you decide the product is no longer needed or wanted, you can return it provided it meets the conditions outlined below. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 7 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be made in the original packaging with all accessories included.
  • The product must be unused and returned in the same condition as it was received.
  • Ensure the return shipment is well-packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is excessively damaged, we may pass on a reduction in the product's value to you.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for any delays or damages during the transportation of returned items. We recommend checking the package within 24 hours of receipt, and if there are any problems, please contact us immediately.

Return Method

We accept returns via mail. In the case of defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, including changes of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customs and Import Taxes

For orders outside of Canada, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Address Changes

If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via support@misterlamp-toronto.com. We will do our best to complete the change, but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a collection point, we reserve the right to charge for return and reshipping costs.
